Russ Waterhouse of Blues Control is making music for the first time in several years.

Cut in the cloth of classic avant-garde albums, 1 Minute 2 Midnight features field recordings, a Sears Rhythm-Matic drum box, Roland RT-505 drum machine, Korg synth, percussion and guitar. Russ' primary instrument, however, is the mixing board; with it, he deploys his collected sounds to chart a blistering, colourful and ultimately cathartic course through estrangement, isolation and disillusionment.
